Vacancy: Communications Lead & Office Administrator
Full-time (40 hr per week), fixed-term to June 2024
This is an exciting and busy role, involving communications, social media, stakeholder engagement, public events, fundraising and office administration and human resourcing.
We are looking for someone who is:
· a confident communicator, able to relate to a range of people
· has the ability to meet competing demands and deadlines
· is a good writer and editor with an eye for detail
· is competent in social media planning and campaign delivery
· has experience writing for different media and audiences
· has experience in office administration and minute taking
· has sound computer skills, including using website and design software, Word and SharePoint
· has a good knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements
· holds a full driver’s license and current My Vaccine pass
· is legally entitled to work in New Zealand
